Saeeds Fabric is a fabric shop located on Walthamstow High Street, specializing in a wide range of clothing and soft furnishing fabrics. Our selection includes various materials such as cotton, linen, viscose, and polyester. We also offer a large assortment of velvet available for immediate purchase, along with many additional ranges that can be ordered.
For lining, we have polyester and acetate available for clothing, as well as polycotton, cotton sateen, and blackout fabrics for curtains and general soft furnishing projects. The shop is conveniently located near excellent transportation options, including the Victoria Line on the underground and overground services from Liverpool Street. The large bus station at the top of the market also serves numerous routes.

Excelent shop for all your fabric projects. I was having trouble finding the fabric print I wanted at the right price and quality for my budget and knew that I would find it at Saeed’s Fabrics, as I have shooed there before. The fabrics are very good quality. The owner and staff were very helpful to my needs and gave an excellent service.
The first thing you will notice about Saeed’s fabric shop when you walk in is that it’s in a different class from all the other fabric shops in Walthamstow. It is clean and beautifully decorated and you just want to take all the fabrics home because they are just so lush.The shop caters to everyone, no matter who you are you will find something. The prices are not the cheapest, but there is so much variety, and it is so well stocked. You get what you pay for which is quality and peace of mind.What I love is that the owner is extremely knowledgeable about fabrics and takes his time to listen to what you need and gives advice based on your needs. He always gives advice about the fashion industry , which we find useful pearls of wisdom. Great shop with a brilliant selection of fabrics.. bought a lovely linen curtain fabric with a nice vintage style pattern for a bargain price. Good for curtain or dressmaking fabric
Amazing selection of quality fabrics. Went to every other fabric shop on the High street east of this one looking for good quality upholstery fabrics and literally only one other shop had another tapestry/woven fabrics (and they only had 2). This shop is the best... they had a whole wall of beautiful woven fabrics to choose from. Also have really long rolls (1.5m) so 1m cuts go way farther, and you can cut in quarter metres. Affordable prices... I literally wouldn't waste my time anywhere else in Walthamstow.

I visited this shop on a friend's recommendation as she is a fashion designer and comes here often. I was looking for some curtain material and they had some amazing fabrics at a fraction of the cost of what John Lewis sells them for. I was impressed with the variety and quality of the fabrics and the shop itself is a fantastic design in itself. They were very helpful and told me how much I would need as I was going to buy too much. Now I have my fabric I can't wait to see what my curtains will look like when they are finished.
Needed some fabric for my old sofas that required recovering. My upholsterer quoted me some silly prices but thankfully found this Aladdin's cave of a shop in walthamstow market. I didn't really understand too much about the quality of the fabrics but the owner helped me enormously and I ended buying the most luxurious fabrics at a fraction of the cost and even my upholsterer was surprised at the prices.

A wonderful discovery! A well curated selection of fabrics, the majority of which I have not seen in other bricks and mortar fabric shops. The staff were a pleasure to talk to and very helpful. From cotton and wool blends, indulgent tapestry fabrics, printed canvas, linen, cotton lawn and more. The shop is well laid out, piled high with choices, but, still with space to browse without having to constantly move bolts or rolls of fabric. The prices are very competitive, too. The stars are the fabrics and it is a must to visit. I will definitely return.

I was under such a tight deadline for a studio opening and the team pulled together and delivered my curtains to such a high standard and amazing quality. My Favourite Fabric Shop!!!!! I often travel down for Croydon to Walthamstow to get fabric from this store. The quality is unmatched and the staff are super helpful with helping me select the correct fabric for my upcoming projects. Prices are extremely fair and they also try to select the best fabrics for the budget available. Cannot recommend them enough!!
Was recommended this store by another fabric seller up the road for leather upholstery fabric. Excellent helpful staff who were incredibly patient while my boss and I um and ah'd at great length over the different colours available. Fabric felt sturdy and was easy to staple with a heavy duty staple gun.
